VEGAS FIT CLUB was created for people of all ages to receive recommendations that are easily integrated into their current lifestyle. We provide coaching support by phone, on-site, online, and on mobile devices. Our Food Inspired Transformation Plan combines a nutritious daily meal plan with fitness routines, live health and wellness workshops, stress management techniques, food prep guidance, health assessment, online tools, and private consultations. Our objective is to teach you a set of skills to use the rest of your life by providing tools such as a smart food guide with proper portion sizes, whole food recipes, diet tips, and great tasting healthy alternatives to some of your favorite foods. Our FIT Meal Plan will introduce you to foods that accelerate your wellness or weight loss goals, instead of counting calories.

Quick fixes and fad diets are just a temporary solution to most chronic issues! My name is Natalie LeBleu, and I have been in the Health & Fitness Industry for most of my life. I have been helping people reach their goal weight as a personal trainer and nutrition consultant for over 25 years. However, as a military wife and emotional eater, I turned to processed foods and fast food for comfort each time my husband deployed overseas. During one of my husbands extended deployments, my consistent bad habits led to a 40 pound weight gain and chronic digestive disease named GERD's. All it took was making a few changes to my diet for the weight and GERD's to disappear. I was amazed that certain foods could cure my symptoms faster and more efficiently than prescription medications, and wanted to learn more. I attended an 18 month certification course with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, learning over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.
My husband Joe is a disabled combat veteran who has had an uphill battle both medically and mentally since leaving the Army. He has had countless procedures and multiple surgeries, including brain surgery. Because there were so many complications early on, I went through the Department of Veterans Affairs National Caregiver Training Program to get certified and help him at home. After successful rehabilitation from all of his surgeries, we made it our life's mission to pay it forward, and opened a small Wellness Center with Teaching Kitchen named Vegas FIT Club.
It was the spring of 2013 when my 83-year-old grandmother was released directly from the hospital into my care. She arrived with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, low iron, pain, and several other health issues. She was also wheelchair dependent, severely overweight, unable to sleep without pills, and had been a Type 2 Diabetic for decades. I immediately removed milk, butter, cheese, pepperoni, sausage, ham, bacon, bread, soda, and processed sugars from her daily diet; and added in lots of organic vegetables, organic fruit/nuts/berries, pasture-raised poultry and eggs, wild-caught fish, grass-fed beef, and water in their place. We not only worked on proper portion sizes and healthy alternatives to some of her favorite foods, but also created lots of yummy meals together using real food instead of food-like-products. By the time she left my home five weeks later her health had significantly improved: she had lost over 26lbs with no exercise, reversed her diabetes, was able to stop taking multiple medications, and was walking with a walker. We only shopped at Whole Foods and her grocery bill for five weeks was $197. She is the reason our FIT Meal Plan was originally created ~thanks grandma!
